My number is barred and I am on roaming, how can i get in touch with the live chat support?

@SaqibRasheed : As long as you are on a mobile contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.

How do you know your no. barred? Do you know that for a fact or is it just that you can't use your phone abroad?

Do you get a message when trying to make calls that the number is barred?

When you landed did you receive a welcome text from us with roaming information?
