      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone screen finally decided to break after a year of being half broken, im trying to upgrade but it wants a pin via that phone and i cannot get on it as the screen is broke to complete my upgrade, i cant even call as i have no way to call due to the phone screen not working, is there anyone who can help? thankyou in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
