      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I could not unbar third party&amp;nbsp; I tried everything&amp;nbsp; even call to customer&amp;nbsp; service&amp;nbsp; they said we can't help you because there is no bar in my account. But&amp;nbsp; I m pretty sure customer&amp;nbsp; service&amp;nbsp; team sitting there having coffee and a laugh&lt;/P&gt;</description>
