I have the 2nd issue that you have mentioned. My phone is Samsung galaxy note 10 plus 5g.

EE told me it's not their problem.

Do you have solution for this.

You are trying to setup missed call alerts?

If so if you call your voicemail by pressing and holding 1 on your keypad, and once you are on the main voicemail menu press option 3 to get to the Voicemail settings menu. It should tell you here if your missed call alerts are on or off and tell you to press 1 to turn them off/on. Have you been able to try that?
