EE Voicemail: Everything You Need to Know

How to set up your voicemail
Voicemail is usually on by default. If it’s off, callers won’t be able to leave a message.

Switch on: text VM ON to 150
Switch off: text VM OFF to 150

How to check your voicemail

Press and hold 1 or dial 222
On iPhone: open the Voicemail tab in the Phone app
From another phone: dial 07953 222 222 (UK) or +44 7953 222 222 (abroad). You’ll need a PIN (set one up by calling voicemail → option 3 → option 3)

Message Storage

Up to 50 messages, max 8 minutes each
New messages are kept for 21 days
Saved messages are stored for 7 days
You’ll get a free text alert before deletion

Visual Voicemail (iPhone only)
See who left the message, their number, location, date, and message length.

Set up: text IPHONE VISUAL to 150

Just to add, if you have any problems with the VM OFF text to 150 (e.g. if you’re abroad), then you can also:

Dial ##002# as a phone number on your phone and then dial it like you would a phone number.

It’s the instruction to remove all diverts from your line (so also cancels the diverts to your voicemail box).
