Google One not activated. No SMS from 150 to start the process

Hi everyone,

I recently tried to activate my Google One offer through EE, but I haven’t received the SMS from 150 that’s supposed to start the process. I’ve checked my signal, restarted my phone, and even tried again via the EE app, but still no text comes through.

Has anyone else had this issue or found a fix? Do I need to contact EE support directly, or is there something I can do to trigger the activation manually?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hi @Gasno,

Welcome to the EE Community

The link sent out via text will be ee.co.uk/googleone , try visiting the link and entering your number and you should see Google One with an activate button which will take you to activate the subscription with your Google account.
