My personalised business voicemail has changed to an American voicemail ?.

Every time I put my personalised voice mail back on and ee says your personalised voicemail is on ,when it's not , when I call my voicemail it says golden dynasty .

Is this a hack ?

If you dial 222 from your phone, do you get the same "Golden Dynasty"? 222 is the short-dial for EE voicemail.

I suspect your voicemail speed-dial has changed to something else, but testing on calling 222 will prove this either way.
