extra charges

hi ive noticed 2 extra charges on my bill this month, 1 looks like a duplicate charge 1 charge is at 23.53 for £12.99 and 1 charge is at 23.59 for £12.00 both on the same date. i cant get any information on my bill or details of who the payment is to, can you help?

Sounds like a call to a 08 Service no. or a 09 Premium no. which are charged in 2 parts:

Access Charge goes to EE.
Service Charge to the service provider.

Look it up in Costs to call non-geographic numbers

I agree in principle, my only hesitation is that the OP mentions the 2 charges having different timestamps.

I would question what description or number, is shown against the bill for these charges. There should be something, not just nothing.

My back of mind suspicion would be multiple online purchases separated by 6 minutes of web browsing.
