      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi ive noticed 2 extra charges on my bill this month, 1 looks like a duplicate charge 1 charge is at 23.53 for £12.99 and 1 charge is at 23.59 for £12.00 both on the same date. i cant get any information on my bill or details of who the payment is to, can you help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a call to a 08 Service no. or a 09 Premium no. which are charged in 2 parts:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Access Charge goes to EE.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Service Charge to the service provider.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Look it up in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A class="" href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/manage-use/charges-for-calling-non-geographic-numbers" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Costs to call non-geographic numbers&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There should be something, not just nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My back of mind suspicion would be multiple online purchases separated by 6 minutes of web browsing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
