Nuisance and threatening calls

Ive been getting calls late at night mainly on weekends for a few months. They are always from a private number. Is there a way of finding out what this number is through ee if its private?

@Luch50 You report it to the police. Dates/times and what was said
You can’t t get that number yourself and EE cannot legally give it to you regardless of what it’s connected with.

Hi @Luch50

As Chris_B mentioned, we have no way of being able to see the number that called you, but if it is threatening and a nuisance, it would be something to discuss with the police.

You do have the option of changing the number with our customer service guides if you get to a point where you have had enough.
