Could I just double check, can you send text messages okay?

If so, try sending yourself a text message to see if this sends and receives successfully.

hi yeah i receive certain messages sometimes i don’t receive phone calls either

Is it the same for phone calls too? Is it just certain calls you are not receiving?

What happens when someone tries to call you, do they hear any error messages?

What kind of phone do you have?

I know you may have already tried these things, please make sure Do not disturb is switched off.

Try turning the phone off and back on.
