      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just like any other paid-for service, if you have a problem with an element of your mobile service, then report it and seek resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you explain the problem you're having with your scam guard service? Perhaps someone can help you with it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
