Can you explain the problems you're having with making and receiving calls? What happens when you try making a call? Does your phone show network coverage? When were you last able to make a call?

Are you in the UK or abroad? Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

I try to call, but the call is dropped. They can't reach me either, the call is also dropped. There is almost no coverage or one line. I'm in England. I pay monthly

Problems making calls could be an issue when you have "almost no coverage". Is this only a problem in one specific location, or is it more generalised?

Can you make and receive calls when coverage is better?

A call to EE is still a call.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.
