    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;For some reason, recently, I have been unable to make or receive phone calls when I am at home, although the network coverage for my area is ok. All other functions seem to be working ok.       <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by "network coverage for my area is ok"? Are you saying your phone shows network coverage? Or do you mean something else?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone doesn't show coverage at home, that will be an underlying cause of issues - in which case WiFi-calling could be a good mitigation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you say "all other functions" are OK, does this include those that use a network connection - specifically, sending/receiving text messages and/or using mobile data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the "check service status" option on&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; in the first instance, to check for local service outages. The "report a problem" link should be used if no issues are reported but EE users continue to have issues.A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
