How to activate Unlimited Watch Data on Full Works Plan?

Hi,

I’m on EE One with the Full Works Plan for iPhone and I have two questions about the free Unlimited Watch Data:

How can I activate this benefit on my plan?
Do I need to buy my Apple Watch directly from EE, or can I also use one purchased elsewhere (e.g. Apple Store or Costco)?

Welcome to the community,

You can use one purchased anywhere, just make sure that you click on data plan or whatever in the watch app on the iPhone when pairing it with your phone to make sure that it is uses the inclusive plan.

Welcome to the EE Community

As @Schockwave mentioned the watch can be bought from anywhere and the setup is just done via the Mobile service> Setup mobile service section of the Watch app on your phone. Following that will take you to login to your EE online account.

Once logged in you select to purchase the £7 30 day watch data plan, as you have a Full Works plan as you mentioned, you will have a discount applied within 24-48 hours after you setup the plan and you will get a text confirmation when the discount is applied. Our help page has further information you may find useful.
