Good evening @Funkyleti.

If you've given out any details linked with your EE account, I would recommend contacting our customer care team right away, and we can make sure your account is secure from there.

I would also recommend updating the password for your online account too, using the forgotten password option on the page linked here.

Fingers crossed this won't be needed too, but if you did feel any fraudulent activity has been completed in your name, it's worth highlighting with the Police via Action Fraud too.

Thank you I have been in touch with customer care and they just told me to block the numbers. I am old and don't know how to do this and the way they told me didn't work. I am stumped.

Hi @Funkyleti

If our customer care team has reviewed your account and everything looked secure from their side, I'm confident there is nothing to worry about.

Don't forget to change your online account password if you haven't done so already, just to be extra cautious.

We would always advise blocking the number as an extra step, just so they are unable to reach you again.
What's making you think the number hasn't been blocked after following the explanation on how to do this?
