      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you've got an entry for Multimedia Message on your bill, in which case this would only normally happen if you select a photo/video on your phone, and choose the prompt to send to a mobile number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This sends using your phone's messaging app, but converts it to a photo message with an on-screen prompt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sending photos via either email or an internet-based app such as Messenger, WhatsApp or similar, would count towards your data allowance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
