Accessing voicemails on my other phone

How do I listen to voicemail on my other phone? I have recently set up voicemail pins on both phones but cannot work out how to use them to listen to voicemail on the other phone when one has run out of charge or is not working.

Press the * key from the voicemail main menu to get a prompt where you enter the mobile number of the phone whose voicemail you want to access.

Thank you. It worked! I had not seen that advice when I searched online. I had to enter my new pin and wasn't sure which pin, but it gave me two tries without locking me out. (I think it was the VM pin for the phone I was calling from rather than the pin for the phone whose voicemail I was accessing.)

I think I am going to need a new phone as the old one has been misbehaving, but at least now l won't lose all my voicemails in the meantime.
