Got my son a safer sim. Put in his phone activated it. Went to my phone emergency calls only. Have I done something wrong.

If your SIM was was working OK before activating the Safer SIM I would recommend getting in touch with our customer care team.

The team have access to your account and will be able to see why this has happened.

I can't call or text either. So can't get intouch with them. I can't find live chat option.

You can contact EE-CS using 07953 966150 from any working phone - landline or mobile, regardless of operator.

Why can't I find live chat. I am pay monthly. I have been on live chat this week. Is it only open certain time.

@Chaz1980 : As long as you are on a mobile contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.

@Chaz1980 , so long as you have the latest EE App, you will find the live chat by clicking on help, new version has come out today. Live chat is only open at the times that call centre is open.
