      <description>&lt;P&gt;The thread you initially added to, detailed numerous troubleshooting steps.&amp;nbsp; What have you tried thus far,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you make &amp;amp; receive calls? Have you been able to use mobile data previously? Is this problem only occurring in one specific location or is it more general?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had 45GB remaining on my plan yesterday, and now I’m trying to check how much data I have left by texting BALANCE to 150, but it doesn’t show up. how much.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had to phone EE as something was off their end. They played with the account settings&lt;BR /&gt;and touch wood everything seems ok now.&lt;BR /&gt;Sent from my iPhone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best of luck&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Mike</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you visit &lt;A href="http://add-on.ee.co.uk/" target="_blank"&gt;add-on.ee.co.uk&lt;/A&gt; when not connected to WiFi, can you view your remaining data allowance?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have data remaining, what happens when you try and access data? Also, could you log into the EE app and select Profile, Settings and Permissions, Manage Settings, does Mobile Data show as on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
