    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I hope this message finds you well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I was previously using an EE SIM with the number&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to leave the UK in late November 2024 and have been abroad since then. Unfortunately, I have not been able to keep up with any bills or account activity during this period.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I will be returning to the UK on &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;27th August 2025&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;, and I would like to know if there is any possibility of regaining access to my old number. It was my primary UK contact, and recovering it would greatly help me transition back smoothly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Please let me know if my number is still recoverable and what steps I need to take. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As you did not continue to pay for it, you've lost it for good &amp;amp; will probably find your credit history marred &amp;amp; debt collectors chasing you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As to your billing status, this user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account. You need to raise this with CS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
