WiFi calling not working on Ee or Bt but ok on sky

Wi-Fi calling has stopped working over the last two days. Four phones connected via EE contract not working, one phone via BT not working whilst a mobile phone on a sky contract is working. I have checked all settings including making sure that Wi-Fi calling is switched on :-). This has worked seamlessly for over two years, and has just stopped over the last two days. No settings have changed, no updates have occurred.

Tried restarting your device.

If you're in a good signal area WiFi calling will not normally activate..
