      <title>Chase up a complaint</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a complaint open for about 6 months, I used to get a call on it every few weeks to update me, I have heard nothing now for about 6 weeks. I have no idea how to chase it up, when I call 150 I cannot work out which option to pick. Anyone know another way to get to someone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've just tried it myself personally there, and both options are being offered, so if you call again, all should be OK.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If the visual service isn't offered, then please follow the options above, and that will get you to where you need to be.&lt;/P&gt;
