problems with txt numbers

Can anyone tell me how to speak to a human being at EE!!! I can't seem to send txts to a 5 digit number, my phone simply will not send it and I don't know how to fix this, I've tried so many times today to contact EE by phone, by txting 150 by following their automation service and nothing!!!! Can anyone help???

Most 5-digit shortcodes are chargeable - do you have a spend-cap in place? https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/manage-use/pay-monthly/set-up-and-manage-spend-cap

Does your phone give an error message when you try sending to a 5-digit shortcode? That should give a clue as to the reason.

Are you on contract or PAYG? If PAYG, you need sufficient credit to send to these shortcodes.
