Hi. I have been unable for a while to receive or send text messages. I am not even able to receive verification codes on my phone.

Can you make and receive calls?

If you send a test text message to your own number, do you receive this message? If not, do you get an error message when trying to send the message?

Many possible reasons for this.. Verification codes are still text messages, so fixing the first fixes the latter.

Are you in the UK or abroad? Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? How long is "a while" that you've not been able to send/receive texts? Does your phone show network coverage?
