No i can not it says not delivered every time and it wont let me top up when i try top up the message says not delivered

Sorry for replying late the call doesnt connect it tells me i need to top up but when i try to it wont let me top up and yes i am in the uk

For sending texts, ensure your phone's Messaging app has the Message Centre no. setting for EE as +447958879879.
