Google One 2TB Premium — Nest Aware Plus upgrade and family sharing?

Long story short, I'm looking at upgrading my EE Contract to the "All Rounder" plan because of the Google One sub. I'm currently a paying subscriber to Google One 2TB Premium, which has the "Nest Aware Plus" add-on and is shared between my wife and I with family sharing.

So…

Is it possible to apply the EE-provided add-on, and share it with family?
Can the Nest Aware Plus add-on be applied to the EE-provided sub? I'm aware the Terms mention it can't be upgraded to the "AI Premium" plan, but wasn't sure if the Nest Aware Plus add-on falls into the same category.

Welcome to the Community.

If you already have a Google account, when you take the Inclusive Extra and start the activation journey you'll receive a warning from Google asking for your consent to cancel your existing subscription, which will be replaced by the Inclusive Extra one. Your details won't be lost.

Everything that comes with Google One 2TB directly from Google, is the same as supplied from EE. Just the subscription cost is covered by us.

You can still share your storage with your family (up to five others), As expected your content stays private to you.

Nest Aware is also included in our Google One 2TB Premium offering.
However, if you'd like Nest Aware Plus you'd need to take the product directly from Google as it's not possible to upgrade from our offering.

Hi, I have a similar question - the plan you mention has Nest Aware included, but I am looking to upgrade that benefit to Nest Aware Plus. It says that I must contact EE to do this but I can't seem to find anyone that knows how to do it?

If you'd like to upgrade to Nest Aware Plus you'd need to take Nest Aware or Google One directly from Google. Currently our offering in the Inclusive Extra is as-is.
