&lt;P&gt;If your account has been suspended, it can take up to 24 hours for it to be back up and running.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is still not active after 24 hours, I would recommend giving our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;billing guides another call&lt;/A&gt; so they can check the account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account has been suspended, as I called up 150 yesterday it told me that I needed to make a part payment for my account to be back up and running again in the next hour! so i made that payment and still my account isn’t up and running! What’s my next step?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
