Problem upgrading from a Google One 2TB plan to A Google AI Pro plan

Hi,

I recently upgraded my sim only plan to a Google One 2TB addon plan. This activated successfully, but since there was an offer on the Full Works plan I subsequently upgraded to that plan with Gemini Pro AI as the addon. When I try and activate the new addon I get an error. I've tried in numerous browsers (desktop and mobile) but nothing seems to work. I am using the ee.co.uk/googleone link to activate the add-on. This is the error I'm getting

Anybody able to help please?

Welcome to the community.

Sounds like you're following the correct steps to me. Once you put your mobile number in on that link, it should activate for you. Since it isn't, I recommend speaking with our Customer Service team so they can check everything from our side for you and help you get it set up.
