I can confirm the number you received the call from is genuine from EE.

If an EE representative has called you directly showing the number 07973 100 194 and you're looking to call back, you'll need to contact Customer Services by calling 150 from your handset, as that number doesn't accept incoming calls.

Hi I also had a call from same number but to the best of my knowledge I have nothing to do with EE
