Hi all, I'm having the same problem and I've tried everything. Can't make any calls but can do everything else. I cant use old phone to try the sim as it is broken. Any ideas??

Rather than tacking onto someone else's thread, could you explain (in this new thread) exactly what the issue is that you have?

And what exactly is "everything" that you've tried - can you be more specific?

@Coops28 : "Calls UK"? Would that be calls to UK from abroad or calls within UK?
