Is it a verification text message that you're trying to receive to register WhatsApp? Are you able to receive calls and text messages from other numbers/services?

@hafizsaleem You download WhatsApp and click it open then create an account on that device for WhatsApp. WhatsApp has nothing to do with your EE account or EE in general
