      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve just renewed my EE mobile sim only plan and visual voicemail &amp;nbsp;has been deactivated . &amp;nbsp;I texted IPHONE VISUAL to 150 but haven’t received a response. &amp;nbsp;The EE app wasn’t any help either. &amp;nbsp;Does it take a day or so to receive a text response regarding VVM. &amp;nbsp; Any advice would help. Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have definitely followed the correct step by texting IPHONE VISUAL to 150. Normally you'd get a reply back within a few minutes to confirm it has been added, or even if there had been a problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you try to text it again this morning?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If there is still no response, can you try HELP to 150 to see if you get a response to that?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know how that goes.&lt;/P&gt;
