Welcome to the community,

EE have no email address, but SIM cards are sent out by second class , so can take up to 3-5 days, but if you are near an EE high street store, then you can go there with photo ID and get a replacement SIM card there.

I was already a member of EE, but I'm changing to monthly contract. On Wednesday I talked through this with customer services. I am meant to be transferring my current number but needed new SIM. SIM card is on its way but this morning my current number now has no network or signal, been like that all day. I have no way of contact them to see what is happening, as that number was my only number. I have tried email them from my order for my new SIM, but it just bounces back. Does anyone have a direct email address for EE as this is the only way I can contact them now. Thank you for your help.
