How do i find copies of my previous bills

Welcome to the community,

You can find previous bills by going to bills and payment and clicking on that and then on the drop down, you can choose which ones you want to download, click on download and you will find them, where you can print them out.

You can click on manage at the bottom and then click on bills and payment.

Like @Schockwave mentioned, you can view the last 24 months of bills by logging in to our app, or visiting the browser version of your account too.

If you require older bills our customer care team may be able to get these posted out to you, but there would be a charge to do this.

It only allows me to download the current bill? The previous ones on payment history do not allow me to download

Hi @LRUM

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you scroll back up the page from where you are in the screenshot, there is a drop-down box just above the bill amount that lets you choose the bill you want to view.

Once you have done that you can download that bill as a PDF.
