Welcome to the community,

If on pay as you go, you will need to ring customer service to get this done and need a credit card.

If on monthly contract, you can do this yourself by going to settings and click on parental control. You can do this via the app or by logging in to your account via the website.

Welcome to the community,

If on pay monthly, you can change this by clicking on the icon right top and then settings and you will see parental control, change it there.
