Yes, I cannot make calls and my partner having same problem.

Welcome to the community.

Could you both try restarting your devices please? It is also worth checking our network status checker to see if we're aware of any issues in your area. There's an option to report a problem on there too, if we're not already aware. Our network team would then look into it further.

Thanks, I did both of those things and the restart sorted the problem. But
