iPhone - Screentime and Voicemail

I have screentime setup on my kid's phone which limits access to things like named contacts.

Voicemail isn't working: Phone > Voicemail > Network Provider Voicemail > Call

When you click 'Call' you can see the screentime hourglass show for a second and then it goes back to the voicemail screen.

I added into allowed contacts the numbers 222, +44 7953 222222, 07953 222222 but still same issue.

I can call 222 and get to the voicemail and deleted the one VM that was on there, but as it didn't occur through the phone app I still have a red notification circle permanently on the phone app which is misleading.

What number does the 'Call' button use so I can get it allowed through screentime?

It may work better with Visual Voicemail enabled.

Try texting IPHONE VISUAL to 150 from their mobile.

visual voicemail is switched on but again not working because it doesnt reach the voicemail because of screentime

It may be worth reaching out to Apple directly about this @jason1234567 and they will be able to see if this is something software related.

Thanks, yes I considered but really just wanted to know what number the Network provider voicemail - Call button tells the phone to call to get voicemail.
