    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my sim card is not connecting and doesn't appear pin my phone's settings. I've removed and cleaned it but still the same. I have travelled today and throughout it is showing the same issue.&amp;nbsp; There are no obvious menu options on the website to request help on this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The issue could be with your SIM card or the mobile device not being able to read SIM cards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you able to test briefly place your SIM card in a different phone? This will test if the SIM card is fault.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Also try a different SIM card in your phone too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your SIM card is not working, you can order a replacement SIM card through the EE App, or pop into any EE store who will be able to issue a replacement SIM card straight away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alternatively, you can pop into any EE store with photo ID and the store guide can issue you a replacement SIM card free of charge straight away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;EE Store Finder | How to find your nearest EE store | EE&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ali&lt;/P&gt;</description>
