My VM is diverting to 101, which service do you require. How can I resolve this urgently?

I have the same problem on iPhone 8. VM diverting to 101. I can't get anyone to answer 150. I just get a menu of options which don't help.

This is a significant problem.

You can change your call diverts by using your phone's menu options anytime.

https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/iphone/iphe9bdd027a/ios - the drop-down at the top lets you select which iOS version you're running, for specific guides.

Just got mine sorted! You have to press Option 2 on 150 and I think Option 2 again in the second menu. You want iPhone technical support each time. Good luck!.
