I can't get into live chat how I normally do i can't understand why iv no calling time so need to chat to them online any ideas.pleae would be greatfuĺlt appreciated thanks

If you are on a mobile contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.

Do you have a pay monthly contract or a pay as you go SIM @Cazbriggs83?

If it is a contract, what is happening when you try to go to the Help section in the EE app?

Do you see the Message Us option?

What makes you think you have no calling time?

Text BALANCE to 150, what do you receive by response?
