Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

On the DSAR I received it showed the Incoming Calls which were being forwarded to my Voice Mail. It was very weird because the second DSAR I received for the same period did not show these.

The calls were a mix of numbers I knew and then others which I had no clue about.

The MOC and PSNT are basically Mobile Network and Landline Network. So what's odd is that for some numbers on the report it shows a Mobile Connection and Landline Connection at the same time.

Hi,

Hope everyone is well. Can anyone help with the Data Access Report I received.

The majority of calls listed are MOC but there are duplicate calls to mobile numbers which show for e.g.

24/01/2025 (Call Started) 11:38:18 24/01/2025 (Call Ended) 11:38:24 44xxMyNumber 44xxMobileNumbercalled PSTNT 00:00:06
24/01/2025 (Call Started) 11:38:18 24/01/2025 (Call Ended) 11:38:23 44xxMynumber 44xxMobileNumbercalled MOC 00:00:05

The calls which appear to be duplicated are all UK Mobile Numbers and some are on the EE Network.

I have had problems with people saying they have called but I have had no notification of them calling and also texts not arriving or being delivered.

If you need anymore info please ask.

Did you port your number across to EE?.

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.

What device do you have. Is it set up for EE.

Thanks

What are the 1st 6 digits of the called numbers?

You mention you have had incoming calls & texts you've not received but a DSAR will not include details of any incoming calls & texts unless you paid for them.

What is "MOC" & "PSTNT "?

In engineering terms, MOC = Mobile Originating Call. PSTNT = Public Switched Telephone Network Terminated.

Very helpful 😜! Were we expected to know that? I certainly didn't and don't expect to remember those arcane terms.

Hi,

Many thanks for getting back to me.

I'm using an Iphone 14 Pro Max, its a Pay Monthly Contract and the number wasn't ported, its been the same number I have had for 28 years.

I have had problems with my Apple Device's and even had one which even Apple said was condemned because it had Malware which not even a factory reset, DFU would clear.

It's just weird that the calls for these numbers show as a call both being made by the Mobile Network and Landline at the same time.
