Can't make calls

Hi I've just became a new customer and I brought my phone off my mate got my 15 package and each time I call someone I get "your calls are blocked from this number ,good bye.". I can text and use the Internet but no calls .please help me ..I'm going to feel so stupid if its something do easy.🥺😳

@Carls14 Have you tried just restarting the device? Is it to all numbers or just one number?

My apologies for not replying to you...it was all numbers ,I wasn't to sure what pack the Sim was set up on..I got rid of that Sim card and got another..set up a different pack and it's working great now...thank you for taking the time to answer my questions...
