There is an extra payment of £60 for Picture Picture messages on my mobile phone bill this month. I don't know why. Please give me a detailed explanation.

This is not EE Customer Service and there is no account access on here. We are all customers like yourself.

If you have a specific billing query you will need to call EE Customer Service on 150.

These will be charges for sending emojis, long text messages or photos via EE SMS gateway. As @Matt_124 says you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for more information.

You musta sent over 60 MMS. You may have been sending texts that, for example,:

Contained smileys or emojis.
Addressed to an email addy,
Addressed to multiple recipients.
Contained an attachment.

Smileys & emojis in texts don't automatically mean the message sends as an MMS, this can depend on your phone's unicode config and I suspect Apple is not as user-friendly as Android here.

You should always get an on-screen warning when a text message is being converted to multimedia - it's a device feature rather than a network-one.
