      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is an extra payment of £60 for Picture &lt;SPAN&gt;Picture messages&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;on my mobile phone bill this month. I don't know why. Please give me a detailed explanation.&lt;/P&gt;

As &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3554890"&gt;@Matt_124&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; says you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for more information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You musta sent over 60 MMS. You may have been sending texts that, for example,:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Contained smileys or emojis.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Addressed to an email addy,&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Addressed to multiple recipients.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Contained an attachment.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Smileys &amp;amp; emojis in texts don't automatically mean the message sends as an MMS, this can depend on your phone's unicode config and I suspect Apple is not as user-friendly as Android here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should always get an on-screen warning when a text message is being converted to multimedia - it's a device feature rather than a network-one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
