Welcome to the community,

Are you using an ESim or a physical SIM card? Do you have wifi calling on? If so try switching that off and see if that makes a difference.

Anyone else have this issue? I have a work sim in my phone on 02 and don’t experience that when calling from 02, so know it’s not my phone! I have the iPhone 16 pro max

I have doubts that eSIM/pSIM would make any difference, and if using iOS then WiFi-calling is network-default as a matter of course.

Two things to check by means of elimination.. 1: Does good coverage show when calls drop? Or is this just a symptom of poor coverage? 2: Are you able to use mobile data when on calls? This is a good test of VoLTE cf 2G

Is this also a recent problem, or has it been an issue for a long period of time?
