      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you gave cancellation notice on your pay-monthly contract, but potentially travelled abroad before that 30days notice had run its course. As a result, your new PAYG line has never been activated and thus has now been hibernated due to lack of chargeable usage in over 179 days,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, you have a ~90day grace period from when hibernation occurred, to contact EE-CS and request reactivation before 273 days elapse. Once you pass that period, your number &amp;amp; credit is permanently lost.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;EE-CS are on 07953 966150 from any working phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
