It says Your request to turn off your call divert to voicemail has been successful.

You'll need to call technical support for that. You'll need to call from another line so you can reboot the phone once they send you an update. Number is 0800 079 8586 from a non EE phone.

Thank you. I have contacted them, and they have turned it off for me. However, I am still receiving them every minute. It is very frustrating

Did they get you to text VM OFF again after speaking to them? It's worth trying again if they've said it's been deactivated and you're still receiving voicemail.

Yes, I have texted them, but up to date, I have not received a reply from them. I am still receiving voicemails. 😞
