You've posted a statement of fact in the subject line of your post, but not provided any further details in the body of your message. Unfortunately this leaves more questions than answers!

Is this a recent problem? Can you make & receive calls using the correct number? When did this problem start? If you send a text to your own number, does it arrive and show the correct number? Are you trying to port a number in? If so, when exactly did you provide the PAC and when was the port-in date? Are you using Apple or Android?

The more info you can provide, the better help can be given.

Hi,

When I text someone a different number comes up instead of mine so I've had people not replying cause they think it's a scam. Can you let me know why this is happening?

@Hearts_72 , did you port your number over from another network, and if so when?

Can you check what number is on your phone?
