Hello Alex,

Thanks for your reply.

After clicking the link, I received a PIN. It then directed me to a page with an 'Activate' button under the Google One AI Premium Plan. However, after clicking the button, I was taken to a help page instead. I have tried multiple times using different browsers and even disconnected from Wi-Fi, but it still doesn’t work. I'm not sure what is the problem at all.

Thanks.

Make sure you have no VPN active and try using your mobile data connection.
I have WiFi turned off, running only on mobile data connection. I have tried using Safari and Chrome. I get to the page where it lets me choose between activating “Cyber Security Duo”, “Dark Web Monitoring”, and “Google One AI Premium Plan”. After selecting the Google One option, it asks me to log into my Google account. After successfully logging in, it just redirects me the to generic https://ee.co.uk/help page without activating the Google One plan as I expect it to.

Hi again @Hamarch, thanks for giving this a go.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend giving this another go from a different device like a PC, or it's worth clearing your browser's cookies and cache and fully restarting your phone.

If you continue to struggle, please reach out to our technical team, and they'll be able to check over how everything is set up at our end, too.
