I just need information about this since I need the number to recover my email.

@Matthew02 If this was a contract sim and you gave up that number you can not get it back. If it’s a PAYG sim and it’s not been over 9 months you might be able to get a replacement sim with that same number. If you still have the sim you’ll need to call customer support to request it to be reactivated. After 9 months the number is deemed as no longer required so it’s taken back to be reused and you can not get it back.

You’ll need to contact your email provider to request help in gaining access to your email account if the above is relevant.
