Not Able To Make Phone Calls

Hello,

Hope someone can help. I am not able to make ordinary calls. It comes up as not registered with network. What is that all about? I was able to.

Does your phone show coverage indicators? Are you in the UK or abroad? Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? Can you send & receive text messages?

There's your problem. If you don't have network coverage, then unless you're using WiFi-calling you lose the ability to make or receive calls, send or receive text messages or use mobile data.

The next steps are to identify whether you have the same problem in other areas (thus suggesting a phone problem) and/or whether other EE users in that area are also having difficulties - suggesting a network outage.
